How does shipping work?

We ship worldwide. If you have any unique shipping preferences, please let us know and we will endeavour to accommodate them where possible. Once your purchase is made, we will dispatch your order promptly or within 15 days at the latest. We will notify you if there are any delays beyond this timeframe.

Return and refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days. To start a return, please click the button below. All items must be returned in their original condition, with the fastenings and packaging intact and undamaged. The hair must remain in its original state and must not be altered in any way, including brushing, combing, or finger-detangling. Items that have been altered or used will not be accepted or refunded.

The return address will be provided once your return and refund request has been submitted. Customers are responsible for posting the item to this address. We recommend using a reliable shipping provider, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We will notify you once we receive the returned item. If the item is undamaged, your payment will be refunded within 30 days
